Accurate and efficient credentialing and provider enrollment processes are vital for the smooth functioning of healthcare practices. The meticulous verification of a providerâs qualifications and enrollment with health plans ensures quality care delivery and timely reimbursement for services rendered. Mistakes or delays in the process can lead to financial losses, compromised patient care, and reputational damage.

Itâs one of those moments where the root logic of control and authority in psychiatry is really obvious. because when psychiatrist demean and deny care to âdrug seekingâ patients but also regularly force drugs onto patients trying to avoid them it becomes clear itâs not about the drugs at all but is in fact about the relationship between power, madness, and enforcing sanity without any regard for autonomy or consent.
#personal#psych abolition#harm reduction#antipsych#like!! both wanting drugs and refusing drugs are pathologies as deviant#because psychiatrists operate on a core logic of trying to eradicate madness through any available path

Monster (or not?)
It was a normal day for the Justice League, nothing special had happened, but Batman seemed to have a bad feeling. So when the alarm went off, he was prepared for almost anything.
Unfortunately, not much can prepare you for a 10-foot ice-covered, invincible Eldritch in the middle of Gotham. As much as the League tried, they didn't seem to do any damage to it (Jason was the first to notice that the creature wasn't attacking, just defending itself; he frowned at the observation).
From there, many strange things began to happen. First: A group of people dressed in white (which, frankly, they had never seen before in their lives) fanned out around the League, giving them weapons capable of harming the "creature" and pointing out to them that it was a "ghost", giving information about it.
Second, a pair of colorful scientists stood at the center of all the agents in white, though they seemed to be arguing with each other. One looked murderous, while the other looked... tired, almost guilty.
Third and last, a group of students kept trying to get closer. Jason thought they were suicidal until he heard the girl in purple tell them to leave "Danny" alone. She seemed to be silenced quickly, but the detail stuck in his head.
With a bad feeling, Jason turned to the college kids. A red-haired girl stood in the center of them, holding a chunk of ice? and watching the creature at the center of it all. While the League dealt with the agents in white, Jason decided to listen to them.
"He's my brother," the redhead said as soon as she saw him, "he's not a monster, they broke his core, please, you need to understand"
Jason looked at the creature again, although its body was mostly black, he could see ice covering a crystal in the center, it looked broken, he suspected that was his "core". At the same moment, Bruce finished talking to the men in white and accepted the weapons.
Danny was frightened and panicked. His form changed when his core broke in the middle of a fight, the GIW had shot him, and he didn't know how to retreat to his original form. His words came out only in Ghost speak, and the heroes around him looked ready to kill him, which didn't help his ice control.
#dpxdc#Basically the GIW broke Danny's core#and that thrilled his ghost side#which transformed into an Eldritch as a defense mechanism#Jack feels guilty#Phantom is a ghost yes but he helped them a lot of times#it doesn't feel correct to hunt him#Jason released the situation was not what it seemed at first#dp x dc#dc x dp#Martian manhunter is confused#he feels the creature in panic#but Danny's toughs are on ghost speak too#The GIW is a secret goverment organization#they usually avoid the heroes#because they know the heroes could stop their operations#Amity is isolated from the rest of the world#so the heroes doesn't know what happens there#Sadly Danny's battle happened in Gotham#he was chasing Skulker who found another âhalfaâ#he defeated Skulker but his parents grabbed him off guard#Skulker was chasing Jason signal btw#His friends and sister found the piece of his core and released what happened#eldritch danny

What do you think about the fab five polycule
(Dick x donna x wally x garth x roy)
i'll be SO honest i wish i had like. insightful interesting opinions on them but i've always been a Young Justice kid and sort of. breezed past consuming Fab Five Teen Titans content-
but of what i *do* know, from the few comics i've read with these characters is this is one of the best ships for Dick, honestly. it always deeply annoys me when fanon content breezes past the Titans as if they're just some distant teammates and not some of Dick's closest friends, if not a second family. *especially* the Fab Five. for most, if not all of them, it's the first time getting to actually connect with other teen heroes. so there's something fun about how sort of terrible they are at it, at first. they all care about each other a lot. but they're kind of chucked into the deep figuring out how to work with each other and get along with *very* different personalities, so it's fun to see where the conflict comes.
as a ship, i do really love it. the Titans are a family. like we call a lot of teams found families, but for the Fab Five, that shit is the truest. they depend on each other and trust each other. when Dick and Bruce are on outs and Bruce fires him, he goes to the Titans.
i also enjoy how, to an extent, all of them are outsiders of some kind. Donna is alone in a new world she's never experienced, the same as Garth. Roy is still new and awkward to living the rich life with Oliver. Wally doesn't connect to his parents well. and of course, Dick has lost his parents and only has Bruce, who isn't the most emotionally available. of course they're going to cling to each other, as the first people they can really develop connections too. they're very clingy with each other and i think that's both cute and *fun* to explore like, codependency issues with them. how protective they can be of each other, how they default to trusting each other over their mentors, etc. it's all very interesting for a polycule, especially since for most of them, it's their first real relationship. i'm a big fan of "none of us know what dating looks like bc we've had such strange childhoods so we don't understand the Rules very well. we're all just going to date each other bc why would i date only one of you. do teamups count as dates now." vibes with teenage polycules. and the Fab Five just. have that on lock. they each fulfill a different "niche" in the group. Garth is the softer, more emotional one you can go to if you're upset. Donna is the one for planning bright fun trips and making sure you don't wallow. Roy is protective and can pretend to be suave, but he shows affection through gift giving and grand gestures where words fail him. Wally can cheer any of them up with jokes and distractions. and of course Dick is the logical one who makes sure they all keep their heads on and don't drown in the responsibility.
overall i think it's a really cute ship and i do wish i just. knew more about them to be able to write them/read fic of it because i do love their dynamic. and i'm just a firm believer in the Titans being Dick's family, just as important to him as the Batfam. they're a disaster and for that you gotta love them.
#necrotic answerings#fab five#ty for asking!!#i love getting asks liek this even if on things i don't know a ton about#i think the only real comics i've read of the fab five are world's finest: teen titans and teen titans: year one#and some of the silver age stuff but only ever for the plot not for those characters specifically#so like. i know enough to vaguely understand the characters#but i did have to approach it from the perspective of dick bc obviously i know him the best#i am interested in reading more about garth. he's a little cutie. i love him.#he seems very easy to whump. you could do a lot of dead dove things to that boy.#also this is darker in concept#but i find the way bruce dislikes the titans and dick working with them pretty fascinating#bc the reasonable answer is it's the first time dick is operating outside of bruce and it just gives bruce anxiety#but the *fun* answer is: brudick vs fab five polycule#where bruce is hyper possessive of dick developing other potentially romantic bonds#or just bonds in general#so he tries to come in between it#if i ever wrote a fab five polycule fic#that's the route i would take personally. very dark controlling brudick with the titans slowly taking notice and growing more concerned#otherwise tho i leave this ship to be written by ppl who understand them more#bc i know next to nothing about a lot of them#dick and roy i understand#garth i'm interested in#couldn't tell you much about wally or donna tho#and i prefer wally as flash when i do read him. bc he's a disaster man.#i really haven't read much titans content in general i fear#i've read some new teen titans for like. slade content and whatnot#and some of the 2003 run but besides that. i was always on the yj side of the fence#that said i will say *as* a core four truther#the fab five are *always* going to be closer as a team than the core four.

Class Feature Friday: Hacker Specialization (Operative Specialization)
(art by gtasoul on DeviantArt)
If thereâs anything unique to science fiction, itâs hacking. After all, traditional fantasy rarely has computers (and when they do, theyâre usually the ancient, barely understood kind), leading to an entirely different avenue of heroic action as the characters crack open cybersecurity measures, often stylized with virtual avatars and the like.
Now, with their tech savvy, you probably expect the average hacker to be a mechanic or technomancer, and thatâs fair, they certainly have the specialization. However, brilliant engineers and techno-mages are hardly the only archetypical hacker characters. Sometimes someone is only focused on computers and not engineering. Others might be agents with a variety of skills that just happens to include cybersecurity as a specialization.
After all, itâs one thing to remotely hack someone from across the cybercafe using the unsecured wifi, and an entirely different beast to sneak into a secure facility and crack open a server with no wireless connection.
And so we have the hacker specialization for operatives. Bank details, classified documents, incriminating messenger logs, the targeting software for the rocket turrets shelling the party⊠If its on a computer, it isnât safe from them. Whatâs more, as operatives, they have the skills to get in close enough to do their hacking without being detected (hopefully). So letâs see what makes them special!
Naturally, these operatives are very familiar with computers and engineering, and they can use their computer skills as part of their trick attacks, sending distracting alerts to enemy headsets, causing malfunctions in nearby devices, or even simply projecting a distracting hologram from their own device. Obviously, however, they have to actually have a computer device on hand to do so. One of the rare occasions where an operative may be forced to use a different skill with their trick attacks.
As expert hackers, these operatives learn how to be especially cautious in their approach, reducing the chance of triggering countermeasures if they accidentally push to hard.
More skilled hackers can take control of devices they have hacked, potentially using their functions for their own benefit a few times before they return to normal or are deactivated.
While not as adept at hacking as other classes, hacker operatives can do a lot of fun things with it, particularly once they gain control of a system with their mid-level ability. Imagine activating the security systems to target the guards, or starting up machinery that proves distracting or hazardous, and so on. I recommend pairing your hacking skills with stealth or another sneaky skillset to make the most of it.
There are a lot of ways to play a hacker. They might be terminally online, or they might tap into vibes of the 80âs idea of a hacker as a cool trendy figure with fancy computer knowhow. Or they may be more professional about it. Certainly hacking has a long association with disrespecting authority, with all the character traits associated with that.
The hacker known only by the username LuckySTR!KE is a notorious thorn in the side of may corporations, earning them a bounty for their capture or death. However, the crafty worlanisi tends to stay a step ahead. However, the contents of their latest datamining has them nervous, and theyâre willing to pay for bodyguards.
A passionate hacktivist and self-proclaimed protector of the ecosystems of the galaxy. Beshara has developed a knack for sneaking into corporate facilities and sabotaging their efforts to study and exploit wildlife. However, when one such outing ends up with several researchers being scarred and killed by the acidic saliva of flying kriegakos, she begins to wonder if she has become too extreme.
An expedition to alien ruins may not seem like it needs a computer expert, but when it is discovered the stone buildings are interlaced with intricate technomagical circuitry, one is called in. Unfortunately, the team doesnât realize this hacker is a corporate spy feeding information back to a rival conglomerate and seeking to steal the most precious treasures in the name of their employer. Unfortunately, her acts of espionage and greed end up awakening the mummified guardians of the ruin.

Is Harry a horocrux/ parselmouth ?
What, in canon?
#in lionheart? i mean... uh#his scar has been hurting? i uh... not to spoil anything but like#do you remember the canonical reason harry's scar hurts?#like there's a LOT going on with harry's bond with voldemort and it's a lot of layered pieces#between lily's blood sacrifice and the horcruxes and the horcrux shard and the resurrection potion and the twin cores and the prophecy#there are like 14 operative enchantments affecting harry and tom's connection at any given point. it gets kind of nuts.#but as far as i recall. there isn't an alternative explanation for that.#TLDR: lionheart is a canon rewrite that diverges from a very specific point. i'm not hacking around in the guts of the thing#you just haven't seen lionheart!harry around snakes!#i get a lot of these types of 'what's going to happen in lionheart' questions and candidly speaking i don't get it at all#like surely you'd rather read about it in the story than just dig it up in some random lore post on the author's blog?#i usually just leave them be but this one got to me because of how it has 0 context#'is harry a horcrux?' man who are you? hermione granger's google search circa 1998?#lionheart spoilers

Me: I wonder where SOLDIER operatives train? Did they have instructors for different disciplines? From the way they talked it seems only 1st and 2nd class could use VR room. Did they have gyms? Did they workout on their own? Where did they all learn to ride motorcycles? Where did they eat? Did they have a dining hall or was food delivered to their rooms or did they have communal kitchens, or were kitchens available only to 1st Class SOLDIERs, or was Angeal the only one who bothered to cook? Where did they sleep? Did they have individual rooms, or did they have bunk beds? How many per room? Did it depend on the rank?
What was their everyday life like?

rewatching the ones who live got me thinking about what kind of people the obx crew would be in the apocalypse
#john b is obviously the easygoing type that is hardened by the apocalypse but still believes in the inherent goodness of people#pope is the brains of the operation that is either ignored or is listened to but someone (jj) goes off script and fucks shit up#he also feels every loss like itâs his fault (itâs not)#jj is the wisecracker with a short temper that makes rash decisions and often gets them in trouble and is filled with self loathing#kiara comes off as cold and judgmental but itâs only because she refuses to have anyone she loves die on her watch and has adapted fast#sarah is a bleeding heart to her core. no matter how broken down sheâs been (a lot) she still wants to trust people (like john b) but sheâs#cleo is the second fastest at adapting to this new life. the fighter of the group both from her previous life and in this one#her addition to the group is what takes them from surviving to living (iykyk)#she helps popeâs plans become a reality with her stealthiness and leadership (she runs that team like the navy)/reminds pope he can relax#rafe is the exact same person he was before which is a good and bad thing#yeah killing isnât his favorite thing in the world but now he has no choice right?#he gets to decide whatâs right or wrong which is a huge plus (same for jj)#barry does so well in this world you would think he was a doomsday prepper#heâs the lone wolf type. wonât find him in a group because theyâll âonly slow him downââ#yes rafe is there but theyâre not together heâs just entertainment/a shield/a decoy#wardâs money doesnât mean shit in this world so he relies on his cunning nature#definitely the overarching villain of the show whose impact can be felt even after his exit (rafe and sarah)#thinking thoughtsđ

Just beat X-6 Sige! It throws so much Stuff at you, and one missed hemorrhage is death, but I learned the rules, figured out a strategy, and got good at blindly treating wounds! Hardly an honorable win, I stalled and stabilized to full in the first 3 rounds and then used healing touch to cheese the last 3, but a win's a win!
#original#misc#trauma center#bythos was also super tough but it was simple. just a matter of mastering the execution and hoping it doesn't make hemorrhages#bythos has like 3 mechanics total. lacerations hemorrhages and core extraction#meanwhile sige 1: hides 2: hemorrhages 3: gas 4: gas hole 5: pus 6: gel+scalpel to attack#oh and also clones but those don't matter lol#hemorrhages are the most dangerous wound in the whole game so my strategy revolved around preventing them#when sige hides find it and unearth it IMMEDIATELY. top priority. nothing else matters#if you find a hemorrhage then unearth sige first then treat the hemorrhage while blowing away the gas#it's fine you already know where it is#and if you didn't find a hemorrhage: ultrasound sige's path. if it made one and you missed it you will die so double-check#AFTER unearthing sige. of course#anyway during the surface phase it's just a panicked rush of treating all the wounds to stop the vitals drain#then once that's all done i stabilize to full because sige isn't really a threat when it's not making hemorrhages#pus is super easy to deal with#i get into a nice rhythm: inject inject drain. inject inject drain. or sometimes inject gel drain#gelling sige/clones stops them from dealing damage for a sec and is quick so i gel if i don't have time for another injection#sige has minimal downtime so healing touch is super effective. it can pretty much skip 2-3 phases#which is very good news because the last phase has 4 clones which is a lot of damage. probably. idk i cheesed that phase#the last challenge left is x-7 aletheia. then i'll have beaten every operation in the 3 trauma center games i own#wish me luck
